"In 2024, D&G Machinery received multiple awards, highlighting our commitment to ESG(Environmental, Social and Governance) initiatives and inspiring us towards even greater success, as these honors form the cornerstone of D&G Machinery's long-term development values. In response to China’s national goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, D&G Machinery has set low-carbon and emission reduction targets and joined the Greater Bay Area Carbon Neutrality Association, integrating sustainability goals into our business operations. We would remain committed to promoting a greener, more sustainable future!"

2024 Sustainable Development Accomplishments

Environment & Climate

- Generated 5.60 tons of CO2 equivalent and consumed 13.50 MWh of energy consumed per million RMB in revenue
-100% of waste recycled
- Electric vehicles replaced fuel vehicles, traveling approximately 30,000 km and saving energy costs by about ￥14,000
- Generated approximately 1 million kWh of electricity through photovoltaic power, with 820,000 kWh used in-house
- Replaced high-energy-consuming boilers with energy-efficient ones, saving natural gas

Innovation & Green Manufacturing

- Eliminated high-energy-consuming air compressor equipment and replace with energy-efficient ones

- Replaced high-energy-consuming plasma cutters with laser cutters to improve energy efficiency and productivity

- Installed industrial fans in workshops and warehouse to replace high-power axial fans, cutting energy consumption and noise while improving the working environment

- Replaced heating pipeline valves in workshops and dormitories with adjustable energy-saving valves to reduce natural gas consumption in boilers

- Achieved energy management system and Hebei Provincial Green Factory certification

Safety Production & Training

- Obtained ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification

- 0 fatalities for 10 consecutive years

- Completed 157 training topics, including 57.5 hours of occupational health and safety training, 236.5 hours of professional knowledge training,153.5hours of management and operations training, and 29 hours of training on carbon peaking, carbon neutrality goals as well as environmental protection knowledge

Patents & Copyrights

- Registered 257 patents, including 15 invention patents, 7 design patents, 235 utility model patents, and 30 software copyrights

We have Initially identified seven SDGs aligned with core business activities, with plans to develop key strategies and actions (including Good Health and Well-being; Quality Education; Affordable and Clean Energy; Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure; Sustainable Cities and Communities; Responsible Consumption and Production, and Climate Action).
