South China Service Inspection Tour
June to July 2024

On June 25th, the service inspection tour officially kicked off. Led by Mr. Zhao Xiongzhi, Vice President of D&G Machinery, more than ten equipment maintenance and service experts traveled to 16 asphalt mixing plants across seven cities in seven days. The team visited Hunan Province, conducting comprehensive checks on the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems of the equipment to eliminate potential hazards. They had face-to-face communication with customers, resolved usage difficulties, provided guidance on standard operations, so as to ensure the safety and stability of the plant. Despite the rainy season in Hunan, the D&G Machinery service expert team remained undeterred by the weather and persisted in providing professional service to customers.

North China Service Inspection Tour
August - September 2024

On August 29th, the D&G Machinery service inspection tour resumed, with a team of technical, service, and laboratory experts on a journey spanning thousands of kilometers over ten days to inspect 14 plants. The team carried out in-depth inspections of the equipment, provided cutting-edge product and service solutions, and listened to user’s needs, receiving high recognition and warm reception from customers. In response to equipment failures reported by customers, the team communicated, inspected, and diagnosed the issues on site, and then settled the problems one by one efficiently.

East China Service Inspection Tour
October 2024

D&G Machinery embarked on a 15-day inspection service tour of the eastern region on October 9th, covering 20 sets of equipment. The service team communicated with customers on site, had a deep understanding of plant operation, and offered thorough and meticulous services for each issue encountered with the equipment. They strived for precision and efficiency in every aspect to eliminate potential risks for customers. This inspection service received market recognition and praise from customers, with D&G Machinery's good reputation further enhanced.

Russia Service Inspection Tour
October to November 2024

In late October, the D&G Machinery service team traveled to Russia on an overseas inspection tour. The plants in Russia have been in operation for a relatively long time. Facing the practical situations of the “veterans”, the D&G Machinery service team conducted in-depth exchanges with users. Taking into account the cold weather and aggregate characteristics, the team optimized the equipment to meet actual production needs of the customers. Further training was also provided, so that the clients could better understand how to use and maintain the equipment properly.
