D&G Machinery Conducts Proactive Follow-up of Warm-mix Bitumen Foaming Device Customers
Recently, the retrofitting service and technical team of D&G Machinery carried out a proactive customer follow-up visit in China. Focusing on the actual operation of D&G Machinery warm-mix bitumen foaming devices, the team visited four sites and followed up on 11 sets of equipment. During the asphalt mixing plant on-site visits, the team communicated with production supervisors, operators and field construction staffs to learn about equipment operation, warm-mix performance, and challenges customers encountered in application.

Active User: Tangible Results, Trusted Reputation
In Hebei Province, the customer operates two asphalt mixing plants of well-known peer brands at one site, both of which are equipped with D&G Machinery warm-mix bitumen foaming devices, boasting excellent performance. According to the customer, the warm-mix process brings notable improvements in long-distance material transportation, low-temperature paving and the visual quality of asphalt mixture. What impressed the customer most is that D&G Machinery took the initiative to follow up with minor retrofit customers. This responsible and service-oriented mindset has won their full recognition. The customer commented: “We didn’t expect D&G Machinery to specially follow up on retrofit projects like ours. Your service awareness is truly outstanding.”

Inactive User: No Performance Flaws — It’s All About Unlocking Full Application Synergy
The follow-up visits also revealed that some customers have installed D&G warm-mix bitumen foaming devices but use them infrequently. Discussions indicate this is related to specific working conditions, production processes and the organization of reclaimed asphalt production. The warm-mix technology is well compatible with reclaimed asphalt production. It achieves foaming by injecting a small amount of cold water into hot bitumen through the dedicated foaming unit, facilitating the integration of new and aged bitumen.
At present, certain projects still have room to refine the continuous operation and process, and the full potential of the equipment has not yet been realized. Advancing this new process requires readiness on the production side, as well as collaborative mechanisms developed gradually under real working conditions. This will help shift application status from “installed” to “regular and effective operation”.
