From Langfang City to Xinjiang Region: A Journey of Promise
On the map, the route from Langfang to Xinjiang, China is just a line.Beneath the wheels,lie wind-blown sand, scorching sun, and a plant inspection journey of over 3,000 kilometers.
On June 5th 2026, D&G Machinery set off again.
This time, we share a story about keeping an appointment.
We are heading to meet D&G Machinery's "16 Veterans",scattered across the vast southern and northern Xinjiang,
and the “most experienced” one has been in service for more than 15 years.
First Stop: Hami
The DGXR4500D Monoblock Recycling Asphalt Mixing Plant is 55 kilometers away from downtown Hami,
and another DG2000 Asphalt Mixing Plant 85 kilometers away.
The distances may seem short on paper, yet every kilometer across the Gobi Desert leaves a memorable bumpy ride.
The DGXR4500D stands quietly beside the stockyard.
The customer greeted us with the first words:“I feel relieved the moment you arrive.”
Our service team wasted no time, dropped the luggage and got straight to work:
Inspecting weld joints, sampling hydraulic oil,
tightening and verifying key components…
Just like a GP,
We gave this “old buddy” a full checkup.
We didn’t tell the customer that before departure,
our team ran three simulated drills for identical malfunction scenarios back in the workshop—
but it did not matter.
This inspection trip is not just checking a single screw.
It is more about paying tribute:
a tribute to quality that withstands the test of time,
and to the trust our customers place in us year after year.
