D&G Machinery's Inspection Service is Currently Underway
D&G Machinery service and inspection team has set out, launching a major, large-scale equipment inspection campaign centered on Jiangxi and Fujian provinces. This initiative marks a pivotal milestone in the annual service plan and serves as yet another tangible demonstration of D&G Machinery’s guiding principle: "Service is a Promise."
The inspection team conducted on-site visits, performing performance tests and verifying operational parameters for every component—ranging from the main frame, combustion system, and screening/metering units to the dust collection and environmental protection systems. They also carried out visual and tactile inspections of every fastener and sensor cable, ensuring no signs of minor wear or looseness went unnoticed. On-site, the D&G team reviewed operation logs and held in-depth discussions with plant managers and operators to gather frontline feedback; they then tailored maintenance strategies and spare parts plans to address specific challenges such as high-temperature, high-humidity conditions and continuous operation.
Notably, this inspection tour is not an isolated initiative. Since launching its series of domestic and international service inspections, D&G Machinery has extended its reach across more than ten Chinese provinces—including Hunan, Hebei, and Liaoning—as well as overseas markets; from the northern reaches to the southern frontiers, and from the eastern coast to the western borderlands, the company’s inspection services have never ceased.
